Mental Wellness Matters

Mental Health Checklist

Believe it or not, I went through all of the above. More when younger & crazier, but also some during my entrepreneurial journey as a 1st generation immigrant who is a minority businesswoman with no immediate family here. Though the rock-bottom stage has passed, I’m sure some can still happen to a lighter extent. And of course, I’ve observed many elites suffering mentally.

We should normalise that anyone can experience these at any point in life, and talk more about the tips to rebound fast & strive to be happy & healthy daily.

Based on journals & rituals I’ve kept for years, I’d like to share a few of what I do to keep my sanity when I have a chance next few months (Not sure how much though! Got too busy this year), hoping some might find them helpful.
