Answer: No we are not! Men who are ambitious themselves and seek to find a partner to grow and build a successful life with would never be intimidated.

The narrative that highly successful women are intimidating to men is completely wrong.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Men are still very much attracted to successful women. As a matter of fact, there is nothing sexier than a smart, successful, and ambitious woman.

Now, we are not always receptive to those same women, who tout their success as something that makes them more qualified than we are.

We still have a lot of pride and it hurts our ego when we run across a woman who lets us know she feels superior to us.

The fact of the matter is, men are looking for someone who makes them feel like a man. That’s important to us. I’m not saying you shouldn’t be proud of your success or even downplay your accomplishments when dating.

Just be aware of the fact that men want to feel important and needed.

Therefore, successful women should find a man who wants the same things in life as they do.

Men do not want to be in competition with the woman they are In a relationship with. I mean, who would? It’s important for a couple to share similar goals and build their dreams together.

Far too often, men and women enter a relationship without discussing their goals. This inevitably leads to conflicts down the road.

Relationships are much more successful when both parties have a role that compliments the other person. Setting and attaining goals together brings a couple closer together.
