Memories Writing Prompt

Write about something you thought was impossible, but then it happened anyway.

I never in a million years would have thought I would have been able to have a writing career. I thought it was impossible because I didn’t have the creativity that a lot of people who are writers have. However, that changed during the Coronavirus Pandemic. I had to do something to keep my mental health in tact.

My mind was racing out of no where for book ideas. I started writing in January of 2020. I went through a ton of rewrites and start overs just to get my book the way I wanted. It took me a little over 2 years to finish the book I started in January of 2020. Now it’s published and I have so many other ideas in my head for books.

I found a love for writing in my brain. I just can’t stop now. Then in January of 2022 I started writing on Medium. I have to say that between my books and Medium it keeps me pretty busy when I actually do write. I’m in a happy place when I’m writing.

All I can say is follow your dreams. Do what you want to do and don’t let anyone or anything discourage you. I love what I do and that’s all that matters to me. My family supports me and so does my friends. I’m also going back to school in June to become a better writer as well.
