If you are a Medium writer living in a UTC-0 or +1 to +12 time zone, you will likely be up and awake while those in America and the other Western time zones, are asleep. There are a number of Facebook groups to support Medium writers, and one of them is just for writers in the Eastern time zones (Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand).

The purpose of this Closed group is for Medium writers in the Eastern Time Zones, so UTC-0 or +1 to +12 as shown, to share information related to Medium.

Both locked and un-locked Stories, recent stories or old, can be shared. A Friend link is recommended, and using it still ensures that you remain within the Medium Partnership Program, if you are in the Program.

If you are in the Program, to get a Friend link (so anyone with the link can read your Story) go to your published Story and click on the “cog” next to the Bell at the top right, then click on Share Friend Link. Click on Copy to copy the Link to your computer’s clipboard, for pasting into wherever you want it.
