Medium is my personal therapist
Writing on this platform is as therapeutic as going to the psychologist

When I am often asked how I can write and publish two articles a day, I mostly answer that writing on Medium and how to go to the therapist.
I write and reflect on various subjects that come to mind to unease and even to distract me from the world. Like an escape from the reality of life.
Writing has always been a passion for me, I kind of feel like I’m writing a journal.
When I witnessed my first depression my therapist told me to start writing a diary and I actually started writing in my physical book, however, when I found Medium, it was all different.
The way we can express ourselves here is simply fantastic.
When we write an article we write for other people to read, however, that doesn’t mean we don’t like writing what others like to read.
So for me, this experience here at Medium, works equally as a digital diary, a therapist where I can say and write, mention and talk about various current and personal issues to other people.
I’ve also been given the nickname “Queen of short stories” because I like to make more curly articles and not so much the longer ones.
Personally, I find this super funny and interesting at the same time!
