Active-Passive Earning Income!

Happy New Year Everyone! I am writing this on January 1st of 2024! I want to do something different today! For this episode of Medium Income Update, I want to share with you the whole year of 2023 earnings so you can see the whole picture.

January 2023 Earnings!

I made $0.46 on my first Medium payout. I was thrilled to get something for my writing and was excited to have joined the Medium partner program. Back then the requirement was 100 followers so I just reached that beginning of the year!

February 2023 Earnings!

The next month following January I was surprised to make $8.11 I was so thrilled I literally shouted with joy. Many people might see this as pocket money but for me, the jump was mind-blowing. I made $0.46 the previous month and I already made $8.11 this month. The thought of success was on the horizon.

What was more surprising was I later found out I actually made $9.81 so I was thrilled when Medium gave me a $1.70 bonus.

March 2023 Earnings!

You can tell the jump is astounding! I made a whopping $43.15 in March of 2023. I was thrilled beyond words and the skyrocket of the amount I made set me on the path to success. April 2023 Earnings!

Yup! What you see above is true. I made a mere $4.99 in April of 2023. You can see my disappointment. I thought to myself “What did I do wrong?” I was convinced I failed and did something wrong. I was sorely disappointed and right then and there lost hope. I decided also right then and there not to be swayed by money but to write for the sake of sharing my thoughts and feelings with the world. This really helped me get over this little hurdle.
