For those of you not familiar with me, I’m Casey Botticello, the founder of Medium Blogging Guide.

Blogging Guide is one of my (many) Medium publications. It is a collection of various tips, tricks, and data that I have collected over the past few years, as both a Medium writer and a digital publishing fanatic who loves blogging on Medium.

Why did you decide to make this course?

A major priority in creating this course was to make it affordable and up to date. When I first started as a writer on Medium there were hardly any resources (I spent a lot of time searching).

The majority of the content that I found was riddled with inaccuracies, out of date information, or was extremely expensive.

To be clear, I’m not bashing those more expensive and older courses. Medium writers benefit from a range of perspectives and unique insight. I am certainly not the only writer to break down Medium into useful tutorials.
