Diverse Topics From Interesting Writers

Thanks Timothy Key and Kathryn A. LeRoy, Ph.D. for your inspiration. I’m happy to take up the baton and introduce the following writers that I enjoy.
—
Patrick M. Davis is a curious soul who made large changes in the direction of his life. He’s now in college, pursuing a career in journalism. When I read his bio, I had to find out more. Patrick’s writing is crisp and concise and I look forward to reading more of his stories. He wants to share ideas and create a dialogue with readers and that suits Illumination perfectly.

When I read Angel Joy’s profile and learned that she enjoy’s any and all kinds of writing, I knew I’d found a kindred spirit. She’s curious and explores a lot of questions in her stories. I look forward to following her on her journey.

Harley King and I have one thing in common and that is an unusual name. His poetry is a delight and I always enjoy reading his new creations. I’m hoping that he will write his bio soon so I can learn a bit more about who he is. In the meantime, I’m piecing it together from his poems.

This is a brilliant story about how infuriating living with an introvert can be, yet how sweet can be when things become difficult. I danced through Charlotte’s words, reaching the end with tears in my eyes. Charlotte Ivan is a new writer on Medium. She is not yet a writer for Illumination but I hope she will join us here soon.

People need connection. Writers appreciate readers who reach out and respond to their stories. I’ve met some very special people at Illumination through their writing and encourage you to do the same.
I pass the baton of Illuminating new writers on to Joe Luca, a fellow editor here at Illumination. He is one of the first people I met here and I really appreciate his support as I found my feet.
As Timothy Key said in his initial challenge:
“…I encourage you to pay forward the concept of highlighting the work of others. Please consider choosing another writer (or writers) and creating a story that emphasizes aspects that you appreciate about their work.”
Thank you Kathryn A. LeRoy, Ph.D. for your kind support and for passing the baton to me. It’s been fun finding new writers to feature. Thanks for thinking of me!
