I’m simply trying to give you an honest and open insight into what I have consumed and the resulting problems I have encountered.</p><ol><li>I have had 24 teeth out since November 2019.</li><li>I have extremely poor circulation, especially in my feet.</li><li>I have to sit down to use the lavatory because of kidney and liver issues.</li><li>I have just weighed myself today and I’m 16stone 6lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever weighed.</li><li>I attribute this to various issues with regards to my mental health issues and paranoia disorder also withdrawal effects (water retention/circulation problems).</li><li>Sleep insomnia or exhaustion. Some have sounds (rainfall)and music which coincides with the specific video.</p><p id="f31f">The majority are for when you are trying to get relaxed and to sleep but continue whilst you’re sleeping too. Admittedly the content may not suit everyone but it’s worth at least one listen.</p><p id="a1c7">I reckon I have listened to or have been researching 200+ videos for my list.</p><p id="c821">I listen to the first video at the top of my article every day obsessively.</p><p id="6c64">I try to walk 3 miles a day and I have recently started going out on my bike.</p><p id="8716">I drink 2/3 litres of water a day. Meditation & Alternative Methodology Has Replaced My Medication.

Alternative Treatments & Methodology Can Have Healing Powers.

I know who I am. I know who I am.

It has taken me approximately 23 years to figure out to know who I am not.

I am an addict. I have several addictions. I am a mental health warrior.

I have several mental health issues.

I am a convicted criminal. I am a father. I am also a human being.

I listen to this video below every day, I highly recommend it.

I have also been engaging with various types of meditations.

In the link below is the latest version that I have been using for a few days now and I am extremely impressed.

This tremendous piece of audio and visual content creation is new to me.

I’m sure many people are already engaging in the powerful yet peaceful effects of this.

I have decided to embrace this also, with an open-minded approach and I have been very impressed thus far.

If you’re looking for alternative treatments or methods as opposed to prescribed toxic medicine.
