Me Quiero A Mi Misma
I love myself- A positive self-introduction on being my own universe

AMAZING am I and wish to be BEAUTIFUL too, a totally adorable CUTIE-PIE to die for but a loving DARLING for all, not just a few.
ENERGETIC I am for sure and a FIERY one too who wishes to be a GIVER by nature and always stay HUMBLE too.
I forever wish to be INCREDIBLE undoubtedly and be JOVIAL also, alongside being KNOWLEDGEABLE and most LOVEABLE too.
I am a girl really MODEST in approach to life but NAUGHTY for sure, at times too, OBEDIENT always, that’s definite and PERSONABLE in ways of life.
QUIET is my nature, filled with RADIANCE galore shining through SELFLESSLY at heart and TANTALISING too.
So, never forget I’m UNIQUE and one of a kind too, a VIRTUOUS soul who is indeed very WARM-HEARTED and absolutely XENIOUS too.
I forever wish to be YOUNG in looks and stay that way at heart too, but be ZEALOUS forevermore too.
We all learned the alphabet in nursery school and I guess it’s been many years now, so how about learning it my way!!! The above is my self- introduction in a little arrogant way; I know that’s what all the readers will say as it’s all self-praises only and thus I titled it as I love myself in Spanish. I’m a very positive person and see the good in everything and everyone … so why not in Myself?
Inspired by Galit Birk, PhD for The Abecedarian poem is an ancient poetic form guided by alphabetical order. Who are you? I invite fellow-poets to look within and introduce yourself to the world in a positive way.

Nearly 30 years ago I re-wrote what I learned as a baby with immense love from my heart for my hubby as a gift for our 1st Wedding Anniversary which is below. Luckily time has flown by but the feelings and this poem are very close to my heart, so be it 30 years or 30 months or 30 days, I hope our bond of love stays the same way.
