Every person has two ways, material and spiritual. In this way, we set goals and try to reach these goals.

If we can achieve these goals, we will be considered successful.

The more we succeed, the more we grow. A lot can be said about success. Everyone has their method.

But this method that I am going to give you is included in everyone’s method and will certainly lead you to success.

All you must do is follow the steps and keep going until you succeed.

Step 1: Find What To Do

To achieve success, we must first find out what we can achieve, right?

You should start here. Firstly, we must decide what we should do and why we should do it. What are the underlying factors of our causes? What do I enjoy doing? What subjects am I good at? What emotions will I feel when I achieve this? Exactly what kind of success makes me happy?

If we turn to ourselves and answer such questions, we will know what we need to do and why.

We also determine where we should stop, how much work we must do, and our itinerary. In my opinion, the path to success we will choose has some characteristics. I want to share these to guide you. I think we should always enjoy what we do.

Confucius said, “If you do what you love, you don’t have to work a day.”

Then we discover the gains we want to achieve while doing this job and set off. Remember. “Belief is half the battle”. Everyone is talking about it all the time. But the number of successful people is quite small. So why?

Because completion of work constitutes one hundred percent of the success.

Everyone talks about half the success. Nobody cares about the other half. Those who discover the other half step on the path of success. What is this road? “Come on!” to be able to say and get up and go.

Find out why and what you’re going to do, hit the road, and move on to the next step.

Or you’ll turn into vegetables waiting to rot in the cupboard. Make your choice.

Step 2: Be the Best

The next step after starting what you do is to be the best at what you do. It is clear what you need to do about this.

“Do the best”. Practice more. Learn more. Attend courses and certificate programs. Catch seminars and conferences at your leisure, whenever you can. Develop work and social environment relevant to the work you do. Don’t forget!

You become the average of the five people you are with. Be careful with who you are with.

Choose the winners. Be mindful of the relationships you build. If you truly want to succeed, eventually you will have to make a choice. I think it’s a pretty lucrative turning point. Because as you embark on the path of success, you will gradually lose most of your old friends.

Maybe there will be times when you’re alone. Keep going. Don’t be a loser. When you are the best at what you do, move on to the next step.

Step 3: Benefit to Others

This step will take you to the top after you find the job you are going to do. Develop yourself in that job in the best way possible.

This step is called “Being helpful to others”. It would be correct to refer to this metaphorically as “buttering the bread in the hands of others”. Doing this will perhaps be the most important factor that will lead you to success. There are many reasons. To put it briefly, one of these reasons is to gather a society around you.

As you help people, they will win and you will win. More possibilities and more opportunities will lie at your feet. Those who do will be the people whose hearts you touch. It’s good to have a group of people who love you. The more numbers you have, the better chance you will have. Another reason is to motivate yourself.

Aim to be useful to your country, to be useful to your colleagues, to be useful to others, or to help people younger than you. While doing this, you will receive support and your motivation will not decrease.

Success will come to you on its own feet.

Set a goal

Fulfilling all these three steps will take you into a completely different reality of success. Trust me! Just try. You will get the answers. Of course, do not forget to set goals while doing this.

Create a list of dreams you will achieve and the goals you climb, respectively, like a ladder.

An advice from me to you.

Prepare a higher action plan for your goal. Because plans don’t always go the way you think. If you plan more, you will reach your goal even if the plan fails.

Set realistic goals when setting goals. Give yourself a time limit and get to work. Good luck…
