A matcha latte With a little peppermint A nice caffeine boost

Green tea and matcha are two of my favorite drinks (especially with peppermint 😍). Green tea and matcha both come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis, however, they are grown differently — and because of that, they both have unique nutrient profiles. One study found that matcha boosts brain function and another study found that green tea may protect the brain from aging. So overall, it seems like the perfect drink — plus it tastes good.

To me, there is no wrong way to enjoy a green tea or matcha. One of my favorite autumn drinks is a hot matcha latte with one pump of peppermint. Do you like green tea or matcha? How do you like to enjoy your tea? 🍵
