Have you ever tried to Master the Skill of Moderation while eating?

If you can manage to do so , then no single foods ever need to be forbidden from your diet.

You can eat all the foods you enjoy when you wish, provided you eat them in limits.

So learn to control your appetite, understand the difference between feeling full and feeling stuffed.
