Taking account seventy years young, Focus of exercise, Maintain movement, Muscle tone, Decrease muscle insulin resistance and, Improve balance, Program based on weight and resistance training plus walking that includes moderate hiking.
Overall wellness good for age, Lessons learnt wellness is lifestyle work in progress, No fad diets, No silly workouts, No damaging steroids or diet pills, Just plain common sense, Enjoy my workouts, Traditional simple food carefully prepared, Happy as slim pig in mud.
Shopping bill relatively small, Bread price up don’t care I don’t buy it, Kale price up don’t care I grow it, Surprised and delighted how my healthy living saves money and gives less stress and anxiety, More productive life.
