The Time Is Now.

Making Everlasting Footsteps In The Sand.

This Is YourTime To Shine Brightly OnThe Waters Edge Of The Ocean. Dancing On The Beach Of Your New Life.

Every time we swallow a dose of medication there is an 80% chance that long term use, can harm your body which is going to have lasting consequences.

This is something which is not only a statistic from the research of thousands of people who have been on prescribed medication for at least 2 years or more.

This is a fact of my own life. Because after 14.5 years my body is crumbling like a ruined castle that surrounds our welsh towns. My mind and cognitive skill set are at an intuitive stage where no medication can alter my thoughts generally or specifically. I have been left to feel empty and numb of emotion.

The way forward in my life has never been straight. The way forward in my life has been a selection of wrong turns down the wrong roads of unhappiness, mental health issues, suicide attempts, substance abuse, and addictions. At no point so far in my life, I’m now 41years old, have I seen or heard or been notified of the good things that happen from taking medication on a long term basis.

I don’t see anyone writing on social media with a big smiley face emoji saying this medication is great ! 5stars/ I am still searching for positive feedback but guess what? I haven’t found any.

Meandering In The Mountains Of My Mind.

So here I am. At the crossroads to start the second half of my life on earth so far I have to say there is room for improvement and progression. Moving forward, there has to be a structure implemented, where both internal and external components are not included in my life. I will listen to what people have to say. I will take it on board, that is where it will stop. To be happy and content I am going to simplify what and how to gain and sustain this inner peace of self-awareness and inner fulfilment.

The most important thing is my mind and mental wellbeing I have to be selfish so I can try to re; adjust and re; focus. It,s going to be my time to shine brightly on the water’s edge of the ocean. Dancing on the beach of life. However, I will be exceeding expectations. This time and in the future,

I will be leaving my everlasting footsteps in the sand.
