Make This Week a Healing Week

The key is to start

Healing can be challenging. Think about the last time you have tried healing, and you have given up. It can be anything from Starbucks drink (me!), weight loss, traumas, to real addictions that are causing damage to your body. I am not a healing guru, but I have learned and am still learning a few things in this healing process. I hope to help as many people as possible to open their eyes and minds to healing by sharing my realizations in this process.

The key is to start. Here are the stories for the first week, in which I focus on the mindset and getting ready. I will be focusing on tools and methods in the 2nd week, so stay tuned!

Preface: Heal First and Improve Next — The order matters.

Day 1: Openness — It is the prerequisite to healing.

Day 2: Breathe — Let the old go, to let the new in.

Day 3: Start the Morning with Yoga — Learn a whole life lesson in one practice with Jonah Kest, Nike Training yoga master.

Day 4: Believe You Can Heal — You can reprogram the past and create the future you want by living the present.

Day 5: My Body — Be aware of what you have and transform to fly.

Day 6: Memories of the Body — Notice what’s in your body from the past and how that’s affecting you now

Day 7: Why You Have Not Healed — Are your wounds defining you?
