Make $100 Every Month Using These 5 Survey Platforms

And do it all from the comfort of your home

An extra hundred dollars each month can go a long way in your pocket.

It could go toward your Wi-Fi bill, pay for all of your subscription services like Netflix and Hulu or it could be used to build that emergency fund you’ve been working on. No matter how you angle it, an extra $100 in your pocket every month is nice.

You could pick up a part-time job at Target to earn this hundred bucks but let’s be realistic, none of us really want to do that in today’s climate.

What if I told you that you could make this $100 from the comfort of your own home by simply taking surveys?

Possibly even while lying in bed.

Here are the five survey platforms I use to accumulate $100 in total every month from the comfort of my couch.

Amazon MTurk

I’m starting with my most used survey taking platform. Long story short, MTurk is where you can make a lot of money quickly just by taking surveys. It’s where I make the majority of my monthly $100.

To start working on MTurk, all you need to do is create an Amazon account and then sign up for MTurk.

Once approved, you’ll see a page of ‘HITS’ on your dashboard. These HITS are just surveys you can take to earn money. You can even apply a filter to only show surveys that you want to take. The filter I apply only shows me surveys that offer a certain price range and are newly created.

The way to rack up money quickly is by filtering out every survey below $.50. Most of the surveys only take a few minutes to complete so by doing this, in 20 minutes it’s possible to earn $5.

MTurk is a great place to start earning money by simply completing a couple surveys every day. The best part is that you get to choose your own payout times. You can choose to be paid every 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.

My MTurk averages change drastically from month to month. If you really want to make good money on MTurk then I suggest adding the MTurk Suite Chrome extension to your browser. You’ll thank me later.

Swagbucks

Swagbucks is an app you can take surveys on to earn…well Swagbucks. These Swagbucks can then be exchanged for money. Every 100 Swagbucks is $1. Most surveys pay a couple hundred Swagbucks.

Since you can download the app on your phone, it’s easy to make money wherever you’re at. That’s what makes survey taking on this platform so profitable. It works on both Android phones and iOS phones so nobody is left out.

Honestly, these surveys are mindless and require no thought. I constantly find myself watching TV and just clicking away on my phone. Besides MTurk, Swagbucks is my second highest earner every month.

You also have the option to cash out your Swagbucks for gift cards or even donate the money to a charity of your choice. I average around $50 using Swagbucks every month.

Prolific

Next up is Prolific. It claims to be MTurk’s biggest rival but it’s not quite there yet.

Still, you can earn a lot of money on Prolific in a month depending on if you qualify for certain surveys. Honestly, this would be my biggest earner if I had more surveys to actually take.

I get enough surveys every month to contribute to my $100 goal and that’s all I need. These surveys include many personal questions about your life and that’s why you have to qualify for them.

I only average between $10 and $15 on this platform each month.

I’ve heard some people qualify for a ton of surveys and others don’t. You’ll never know until you sign up and find out.

Clickworker

Clickworker is next on the list of survey platforms. It’s an app that you can download for Android and iOS so it’s similar to Swagbucks. However, the surveys you have to do are much different.

For example, once I got paid $37 for logging onto Macy’s website and taking pictures of men’s cologne bottles online. Weird I know, but the $37 sure did look good in my bank account.

It does offer actual surveys you can take that range in money. Sometimes the surveys only pay low amounts like 7 cents. I avoid these. Aim for reliable looking surveys on Clickworker and you’ll find yourself making a nice chunk of change during the commercial breaks of your favorite TV shows.

I only average around $10 a month on Clickworker. New surveys can be rare and sometimes it takes a few weeks for completed surveys to show up in your account.

Qmee

Technically, Qmee is mainly used as a Chrome extension that offers you money depending on your search history. However, I’ve made small amounts of money here and there taking their surveys.

I’m going to be completely transparent here and say you won’t make a ton of money taking surveys on Qmee. If you use their Chrome extension for your Google searching then yes you can make a good bit of money, but not by taking their surveys.

There just aren’t that many surveys to take because that’s not the company’s major purpose.

I average between $5 and $10 a month taking surveys here but really I use it to pay me for my Google searches.

I suggest using it as a last-ditch effort if you really need $10 to meet your $100 quota or you just want some quick cash.
