Magnetic Hope
An original poem

Spirit song gentles life Sung in murmurs beneath the skin On the backs of eyelids Shaded pie shape grows From beneath An ancient doorway Which slowly swings open Releasing long held truths The sum of all knowledge It blankets indulgent fears Entitled drama The resistance of feet dug in To reveal the reality Of what is And has always been To change and grow We must choose to listen
