Opinions

  • The legal system in America is biased towards the wealthy, leaving the majority without proper representation or recourse.
  • Society's emphasis on narcissism and lack of empathy contributes to a culture where people's lives are ruined with impunity.
  • The punitive nature of the justice system, including lifelong records for minor offenses, exacerbates social and economic inequality.
  • Economic struggles, such as stagnated wages and manipulated inflation figures, further oppress the average citizen.
  • Personal dignity and rights are disregarded, as illustrated by the author's eviction based on the apartment complex's prejudices.
  • The credit reporting system is seen as invasive and unfairly biased against the consumer, enabling higher interest rates.
  • The author feels that making genuine connections in such an environment is dangerous and costly, leaving only negative interactions.
  • The job market is fraught with deceit, as demonstrated by a background check that misrepresented the author's work history, leading to a lost job opportunity.
  • The author expresses a loss of faith in America and its people, feeling that the country is sick with self-hatred and a lack of basic human values.
  • The author suggests that the societal issues have led them to consider violence as a form of protest or revenge, though later retracts this notion in favor of seeking justice through other means.

Lying Narcissists are Free to Ruin Lives with no Legal Recourse or Justice in the New America

I’m calling this country out as the farce of a joke that it has become.

American flag burning.

There is no empathy anymore. Narcissism runs amok.

The legal system only exists for those who can afford the outrageous down payments that are required to defend their God given dignity. For the remaining 95% of us, it’s a world of being disregarded, harshly penalized for other people’s mistakes, and critically judged based on nothing but rumors.

I never wonder why school shootings happen in this country.

We’ve taken away the voice of everyone. No one but the richest of the rich have any representation. We impose strict draconian punishment for the most minor of offenses. Punishments that often come with a lifetime of punitive unemployment. People no longer “serve their time.” Their crimes are on record for the rest of their lives.

Even the non-criminal suffer under 42 years of stagnated wages, artificially suppressed inflation figures that hide the real increase in the cost of living and increasingly invasive reporting to incompetent non-government credit reporting agencies whose only goal is to lower your score so that creditors can charge higher interest rates if you qualify at all.

How would you like to be in the following scenario?

You get kicked out of your apartment after paying rent on time for 14 months. The reason? Management doesn’t like the “look” of the people you bring home and, supposedly they assume, have sex with. Your alleged choice of sexual partners doesn’t match the image your apartment complex wishes to project, so they kick you out, putting an eviction on your record.

No property manager cares why you were evicted, just that you were evicted.

Your choice of potential residences gets extremely limited. You say you’ll fight back? Do you have an additional $10,000 to retain a lawyer in addition to moving costs, deposit and first month’s rent for your next apartment? Not many of us do.

Besides, in the United States of America, Property Managers, middle management, Human Resources, or anyone who is “superior” is automatically given the benefit of the doubt. You, you are scum, and are in the wrong.

To help you move, you hire an acquaintance who has, as many people have, fallen on hard times. You pay him $300 for 4 hours of work to help you pack. You give him a place to sleep instead of his car for 5 nights while you move.

After 5 nights, you have to get back to work, so you ask him to leave as you head out the door. He curses you, calls you names, and swears that you are the worst person in the world. He vows that he will get his revenge on you, run you out of town, and ruin your life.

You meet another new short-term acquaintance who charges up $50 in drinks on your credit card one night while out at the bar.

When you raise the issue, he gets incensed and demands an additional $50 for the time he spent with you.

A third attempt at making new friends finds you buying a 12-pack for you and yet another quality person who after thanking you for saving his life, turns around and blames you for ending 1-month of sobriety. He also curses you, calling you a horrible person who takes advantage of innocent people such as himself.

There is a fourth person who invaded your life and refused to leave for two weeks.

He also ended up costing you $300. In those two weeks, he had 6 different names. He’s also pissed off at you since he planned on taking you for everything you own and decimating your life before you caught on to his scheming and cut him loose.

The guy who you paid to help you pack that you gave a place to stay hears about all of these other people and thinks you are getting what you deserve. He laughs at your bad luck every time, calling it your karma for being the biggest asshole in the world.

Your life is a living hell with no hope for vindication or justice in sight.

People that have made you their enemy laugh at every setback you experience. You have no friends, no one to rely on, no one to act as a check on your sanity, to verify that indeed evil has set up camp in your life turning everything upside down.

Making friends in a new city is a dangerously expensive blood sport you can no longer afford the luxury of participating in.

Anyone worth knowing must have sealed themselves off from the rest of the world leaving only the degenerates you’ve already met and others eerily like them available to befriend.

The final blow to your belief in America and the American people comes wrapped in deceitful hopium: a job interview.

It is a once in a lifetime career opportunity that will boost your income significantly. You have more experience and expertise in the niche they are seeking to fill than the position you currently have. The company recognizes that. You are filled with hope.

In anticipation of hiring you, without asking your permission the company conducts a work history background check.

The work history check comes back. The company immediately cuts off the process of onboarding you. The once in a lifetime opportunity is lost. All hope is gone. You ask for a copy of the report.

Whoever is outlined in the report is certainly not you.

The person has held two jobs in the last 28 years. At one part-time position, they were in charge of filing for the letters A, B, and C for 9 years as a temporary employee. That was followed by 9 years of unemployment. Then, 10 years of sharpening pencils at their current part-time temporary position.

The work history obviously isn’t yours.

Even worse, it is insulting. Your past has been erased. Your entire professional working history has been erased. You’ve been erased. Your past wiped out ensuring that your future has been destroyed.

Thirty phone calls and emails to twenty lawyers later and the penny drops once again.

You realize that America and the American people don’t give a shit about you. The legal system would rather spit in your face than acknowledge the legitimacy of your complaint.

More than a million dollars of income flicked away by a pile of lies from a distant incompetent company that cannot be held responsible for their slander.

All the hard work you’ve put into building your life was made meaningless in an instant.

No one can even be paid to care.

Now, I’m just left with one question: When I go buy my gun, should I just shoot myself or should I shoot you first?

But this is all old news to me.

As is inevitable, each day brings a new slap in the face. 5 hours after I wrote this, I got the notice that my claim seeking payment for the month of December has been rejected. The American tradition of not paying me during the month of continues.

Despite having a contract “guaranteeing” me payment. A contract about as valuable as any other promise from an American corporation. The yearly tradition of humiliating me, discriminating against me, putting me down for your enjoyment and sick entertainment will continue unabated.

I rescind my question. I’m not getting a gun. I’m going to learn how to build a dirty bomb to ensure maximum collateral damage to the idiotic demonic American hordes who systematically without remorse, without any heart and without mind decided to make their enemy.

These people are discovering that they threw away all of their rights for the thrill of denying me mine. America is a sick country filled with people ignorant of their own deep sickness and self-hatred.

What recourse do I have? Bend over and take it? You’ve already raped away my dignity. What more can you take away? May God never again grace America with his loving presence. They have proven their disdain for love, compassion, mercy, empathy, and humanity.
