I love packing meal bowls for lunch.

I usually make something for dinner and then divide the rest equally into three containers. The key is to keep the recipes simple.

I feel this small act in the kitchen is a huge act of kindness to myself. I know by having these prepared ahead of time, I’m less likely to fall off the healthy train when hunger strikes at noon.

Another act of kindness that helps reduce hunger is drinking plenty of water throughout the day. It also flushes fat out of our systems.

Do you have a stay-on-track trick? I’ve included one of my favorite recipes for Chicken Burrito Bowls:

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
