$LUBE — Buy Now or Cry Later!

IDK, maybe ’tis the season, but the Memecoins are coming out in force. The problem is finding the one that catches fire in the early stages, before the rest of retail comes barreling in.

One memecoin that fits this description is $LUBE. Now the #1 Hot Pair on Dextools:

The Bitcoin-Fund-Manager urges you to buy now, or cry later

The Bitcoin-Fund-Manager makes another bullish case for $LUBE. I was originally searching for the gas token for Linea, because if there was a BNB version of a gas token for Linea, that was the token I really wanted. Instead, it looks like they are just going to use ETH for now.

So, what else is there?

Well, there’s a memecoin called $LUBE, that was the first token outside of ETH that was on the Linea chain on Day 1 of the stealth launch. Other tokens are now starting to populate the Linea swaps, but $LUBE was the first to stake its claim.

This makes for some speculative fodder: could this have been one of Joseph Lubin’s developers that created it? How else would they have known enough about the stealth launch to be able to get their token launched the same day of the Linea Chain stealth launch?

Big Pockets to Follow

Joseph Lubin, along with Elon Musk and Vitalik Buterin were all part of this tech constellation that originated with the likes of Bitcoin and Paypal. This then expanded into MetaMask, SpaceX, and Ethereum.

Joe Lubin went down the Metamask hole, becoming one of those tech star billionaires in the process.

And now he has created his own layer 2 chain resting on top of Ethereum called Linea.

He’s a big pocketed man with big pocketed friends. They might just buy $LUBE just for the funny factor.

Since Linea stealth launched, no one really knows about it. It’s just starting to trickle down into the consciousness of the bleeding edge geeksters, soon to enter cutting edge cognoscenti, then to the restovus.

Once Lubin makes his announcement that the Linea chain is now officially open for business, then the waves of Ethereum projects will flood in to take advantage of the speed and cheaper gas fees on this Ethereum Layer 2 network.

Think Arbitrum, but with a billionaire founder backing the project, who has a one of the most utilized browser wallets in existence: Metamask.

There’s now a “bridge” function in Metamask that suddenly appeared along with the stealth launch of Linea, that natively supported Linea token bridging.

It’s like buying SHIB before it shot up 45,163% in 5 and-a-half months. If anything, I think $LUBE could go even higher.

How to Buy $LUBE

  1. Use Metamask to Bridge some ETH to the Linea version of ETH. (You could also use Jumper.exchange for the entire cross-bridge swap).

2. Bridge some Ethereum over to Linea chain.

3. Use Secta.Finance to make your buy:

Congratulations, you are now the proud owner of some $LUBE! Now go practice some safe defi you!
