Love & Passion
A poem and writing prompt about relationships inspired by nature.

Velvety pink petals he sees. Gleefully dancing in the breeze. Radiating a misty soft spectral glow, just like you.
Pink pearl dewdrop freshness, swaying. A sensual cha-cha, cha. An enticing rip and twirl swoosh, just like you.
An elegant pink perky lady touching hearts and souls. With joy, petals shine bright, causing a spellbound grace, just like you.
For your passion does bloom, binding two lonely hearts as one.
Igniting hearts with red-hot desire, dancing in love’s warm passion fire. My sweetest love, like pink petals on a rose, your beauty blooms — in our hearts it glows.
Tread carefully, for love’s not a simple path, it can draw blood with sharp dagger thorns, leaving soulful hearts shattered and unkeen.
This poem was inspired by a beautiful blooming tree I saw on a nature walk. The blossoms were bobbing merrily in the air radiating a pink hazy hue in the summer sun.
It made me think of the beauty of a special relationship with a friend, or that special person in your life. That thought was the spark for this poem and writing prompt.
