Love Birds

Singing for you and me

These days music moves me like it used to do

Maybe because it reminds me of you

Love birds croon and I start to sing along

Maybe it’s ’cause my heart remembers the song

Shaking my hips as I move to the beat

I dance for the day when we soon shall meet

Smile on my face and my spirit flies free

Maybe it’s from visions of you and me

Love birds, I hear you, as I wake for the day

Maybe you’ll sing again when we meet to play
