Lost Girl

A poetic ode to storytelling

This lost girl. Young warrior, Goddess, and story lover. Lost in tales of ancient times, Carried on by word and rhyme. All colored with Gods and monsters, Fight and thunder, Love and wonder. These dreams forged As mere text, yet shone by Pure thought — that fires The silence between words. Those hallowed spaces Where Medusa lurks And Fionn fights And Odin hangs. All myth and magic Given life by this Ancient dance of Words and mind. A twin power Fueling this child’s spirit, Hugging her soul, And seeding stories That one day she’ll Forge and tell, And further swell Her happily lost tribe.

This began as a four line poem, combined with my art above, that I gifted to a beloved one two years ago. But I wanted to expand it further and publish it here. So again, I dedicate this to Dolly and her inspiration. Thanks for reading.
