Bipolar disorder can be a tough thing to deal with. It’s a mental illness that causes people to experience extreme mood swings. You can go from feeling really happy and energized to feeling completely depressed and hopeless.
When you’re dealing with dizzying highs or devastating lows, it’s easy to feel like you’re not good enough. Like you have to put on a face for the world and be someone that you’re not. But that’s not true. You are good enough. And you don’t have to pretend to be anyone else.
You are good enough. And you don’t have to pretend to be anyone else.
In fact, one of the best things that you can do is accept yourself for who you are. Accept that you have bipolar disorder and that it’s a part of who you are.
