For starters, the most important thing is to understand that our focus is our energy. And when we focus on some of our fears, then we give our energy to that fear and fear becomes a reality.
Fear is just a thought that man invents himself.
If you are a parent, it is normal to have fears that something will happen to your child. You, by focusing on those fears, will not invoke that bad fate on your child, if you keep them to yourself. The point of not invoking the realization of fears for close people is not to speak to them out loud and not to insert your fears into your child. In that case, they will remain only yours, and you will not be able to influence them badly on the child or your loved ones.
If, on the other hand, you speak them out loud in the sense of
“Beware of this, beware of that …”
“Take care, you can drown while swimming”
“Get off the street in the evening, drunks drive, they will kill you!” “
With such sentences, you literally plant the seed of your fear in your child or partner and you will witness what you have planted!
Together you put fear into focus and attract misfortune because you give it energy.
We must become aware as soon as possible that our fear is a fabrication!
How then can we live a life without fear?
By controlling our own thoughts that make up scenarios and scenarios ….

For example, be afraid to fly by plane.
You are sitting on your first flight for the first time and you have fears such as “What will happen? Alas, just so the plane doesn’t crash? What if turbulence starts? Is this plane completely flat? “
So we invent the scenario ourselves with our fears.
Now compare you to the flight attendant.
Where is the difference? In thoughts!
She moves without fear, she travels for the 1000th time, she does everything without stress, everything is as easy as if she was out for coffee.
You have to find a way not to create your reality with your fears!
We all have negative thoughts, but we need to drive them away. How?
So you have to have a state without thoughts, in order to recognize when a thought comes to you and then defend yourself from it.
Meditation is one way to get rid of all fears. As we meditate, we reach a state without thoughts, a state where there is nothing.
So, find a few minutes in the day to breathe, to achieve a state without thoughts … find exercises to achieve a state without thoughts and practice on that.
I know, it’s not easy to face fear, but it’s harder to live with it.
So find some good meditation on youtube and try to relax. A few minutes a day. Even if you reach a mindless state for a minute or two, that’s great! By working on yourself, every day, you will achieve more.

Fear will not go away on its own, you have to make an effort.
