For instance, if the aspiration is to develop a reading habit, commit to reading just one page per day. This simple act takes only around two minutes or thereabout, yet it often leads to more extended reading sessions. The goal is to make the habit so accessible that it becomes almost automatic, requiring zero to minimal effort to initiate.
