Music is a very beautiful thing because it can have such a giant impact on your mood and mindset.
Sometimes when I’m feeling unmotivated when working out all I need is a adrenaline pumping song and I’ll be good to go.
In this article, I’m going to share some of the songs that give me that boost when I need it in the gym.
1. Master of Puppets- Metallica
There’s something about this song that makes me think I can lift anything in the world.
Everything about this song gets me hyped up from the amazing guitar parts to the intense vocals.
Let’s be honest there always come a time during a workout where the motivation dips, so this song will always be locked and loaded for when I need that extra motivation during my workouts.
2. Hail Mary- Tupac
There is a time and a place for this song and it’s when you need to be completely locked in and in the moment.
This song makes me feel like I’m a boxer walking up the ramp of a crowded arena.
This is a valued addition to the gym playlist for those serious workouts when you’re fighting demons.
3. Can’t Stop- Red Hot Chili Peppers
There is something so fun and energetic about this song that makes the process of picking up and putting down heavy circles extremely fun.
Everything from the incredible guitar riff to the high powered vocals makes me feel so energetic which is a huge plus for the gym.
I usually play this song on those fun workouts when you’re just having an all around good time.
This song has such good vibes it can turn that sucky gym day into a lighter fun one when needed.
