Like a Fleeting Smile

A poem is

A poem is similar To that fleeting smile, That dances on the lips And blossoms like flowers. With words as petals It paints — hope. through a gesture so simple Yet delicate, its power comes alive. Watering seeds, Nourishing souls, Of those who dare to feel its essence. Just as a smile’s glow, however, brief Thus, a poem holds a timeless art, — A piece of the heart.
