All of life’s situations have three SCENARIOS. The first one is what we really WANT to do! Then what we CAN do. And what we MUST do!
Many of us opt for the first scenario, and that is like putting the cart before the horse. The wrong decisions will follow us around with deadly side effects until we make the right ones, and that’s for the ones who manage to stay alive. Some, opt for the second scenario, sometimes, after some consideration, and sometimes is done as a moment of desperation. That too can have dangerous side effects. A deep thinker jumps into the third scenario with a plan and a backup plan. Doing what must be done, instead of what we want to do or can do, usually have no dangerous side effects. When you do the right thing, you don’t have to be looking over your shoulder. And that is power!
