Do they have enough of it to live comfortably? Are they afraid that they will run out of money?</p><p id="3e86">Of course many do, money is an unpleasant necessity in our world. But so is our mental health. Freaking out is not the answer.</p><p id="55c7">Research has indicated that stress is the silent killer, leading to all sorts of physical results including cramps, fainting, and headaches. Because in the end, it all leads to one final conclusion anyway.</p><p id="afc9">Either we get lucky and dodge a bullet or are busted and the worst happens.</p><p id="9414">Either way, all the other multiple possibilities and conclusions that made us so nervous, so stressed out, so uptight that we couldn’t even sleep, waking up in a cold sweat, become irrelevant.</p><p id="83a3">Why worry about things that may never happen, that all may be just projections of our own inner fears and insecurities?</p><p id="717e">We can’t solve all of our problems overnight. But we can devise a prudent plan and try to work problems out logically. It is what we must do.</p><p id="b944">It is when we let ourselves be overwhelmed by all the possible things that could happen that we are most at risk of them resulting in the worst possible conclusion.</p><p id="02bf">All we have to do is try to accept whatever comes our way with a measured response.</p><p id="df23">Whatever <i>actually</i> happens, it is not worth the heartburn and stress of worrying about what <i>might</i> happen. Life Should Be Simple

Why complicate it with fears and worries about things that may never happen?

Life should be simple. Humans always tend to complicate their lives. We can all take a lesson from our pets and other animal friends.

Animals just take it one day at a time. When they are tired, they sleep. When they are hungry, they eat.

When cats want to play, they often amuse themselves by racing around the house, usually in the dead of night. Dogs, especially puppies, often chase their tails around in circles till they release their energy.

If they want more interaction with us, they let us know in simple direct ways. They don’t beat around the bush.

Dogs will often drag their leashes out of hiding and present them to us to signify they want to go for a walk.

Cats can simply crawl into our laps and settle in for a nice cozy nap, with lots of pulling taffy.

They know what they want and don’t want and don’t waste any time on the fluff and nonsense of human fears and frailties, doubts, and despair.
