Life Is Long And Flashes By
A poem
Life is long and flashes by when you reach out for those who reached up for you, as if yesterday, calling your name.
The brilliant burning skin of youth, of sad and happy selfhood, now shocked into returning to all of their yesterdays.
And at your liturgy of shame let commence the sacred scalding of all your bitter years with cauterising bitter tears
Yes, those are the flowers that I enquired about, and what is it concerning, please?
