She can be given,

She can be young but feel older,

She can be short,

She can push you down,

It can feel like she’s gone, but she’s still there with you,

She can push you up and fill you,

She can have her dark days,

She can be filled with joy,

She can be busy, she can be boring,

She can be famous,

She can be unknown,

She can be loud or quiet,

She can identify as “he” “she” or “they”,

She affects everyone,

She can get in the way,

She treats everyone differently but the same,

She is always changing,

She is past, present and future,

She is a journey,

She loves and she is loved,

She can leave the ones you love and fill you with loss & sadness,

She can get old but feel younger,

She can be long,

Suddenly, she can be taken away,

She can only be given once,

She is worth everything,

But costs nothing to receive,

She is everyone,

She is precious,

She is life.
