Letter to Everyone — Get Your Shit Together

You’ve probably heard it very often when you’ve been through a lot.

But you should get your shit together. Although it has not been your fault, you should pick it up and make something if it. It could be with a therapist or with whoever is supporting you. You can get through it. You should and you have.

Go to the bottom of your heart and tell yourself what you want to do. What should life look like for you? What are your dreams in life?

When you’ve been through a lot like I have been then you definitely should talk to a therapist who can help you. Search for the one you have a click with. You can text when you want to talk to him or her whenever it is possible or make a list whenever you can’t talk to your therapist and talk about it in the sessions.

But anyhow, get your shit together to get out of the negative emotions and behavior. It also leads to neglecting your self-being. Your self worth is going down. You need to get out of it, no matter how and when. I know you will. Somehow somewhere and whenever it suits you, you will get out of your shit.
