Let’s Vibrate Higher!
Today, I have learned about the importance of being in a higher vibration.
I was uncertain what this exactly means so I dug into this subject more and was amazed to learn the benefits of being in a higher vibration. Let me share it with you here on Medium.
“Good Vibes Only.”
I always see or read this phrase on social media sites, usually together with a picture of a happy family group of friends, or a person enjoying time outdoors. I never knew the depths of this phrase until today.
Vibe is a shorter term for vibration. Everything around us including ourselves is made of energy. In my son’s Science lesson today that was about ‘energy’, together we learned that energy makes up atoms, which is why atoms are always vibrating. Therefore, if everything has energy, everything has vibrations.
Low and High Vibrations
Vibration’s frequency changes, just like our moods and decisions. The higher the vibration, the lighter we feel. The lower the vibration, the denser we feel.
How does it affect our overall health and wellness?
To put it simply,
If we have a low vibration…
We feel bad for ourselves. Our hearts feel heavy and hatred reigns in them. We feel lonely most days because we choose to be emotionally distant. We feel physically and mentally tired. And worst, it’s hard for us to forgive ourselves and others. As you can see, these are the negativities that surround us being in a low vibration.
Low vibration can be a great contributor to us getting sick.
•Acid reflux is not only caused by eating fatty food but also by stress and anxiety.
•Hypertension is not only caused by too much consumption of salty foods but also because of our inability to manage our emotions.
•Cholesterol is not only caused by fatty foods, but also by our excessive laziness to move and work out.
•Asthma is not only caused by the disruption of oxygen supply to the lungs but often due to being extremely sad.
•Diabetes is not only caused by too much consumption of glucose but also caused by our selfish and stubborn attitude that disrupts the function of the pancreas.
•Kidney stones do not just come from Calcium Oxalate deposits but may also due to our pent-up emotions and hatred.
•Severe backaches may not only be caused by sitting for too long in front of our pc but also caused by too much overthinking and worries about our future.
Contrastingly, if we have a high vibration …
We always feel grateful and satisfied, we do not complain about things that can be resolved, we feel energetic to do our daily routine, and we are motivated to achieve our goals. If we have any sickness, we only feel a little pain. We smile and laugh genuinely. And the best part is, we could easily manage our emotional state and do not easily get angry.
Being in a higher vibration means we want to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a good relationship with everyone. In order to achieve these, I made a list of things you can do to start attracting good vibes.
•Stay focused. Do not let your problems get you down.
•Move your body. Go to the gym or set up a workout corner in your house to avoid making excuses for not wanting to exercise.
•Cleanliness is next to Godliness. If you maintain your surroundings clear of clutter, you feel good inside too.
•Do meditation. There are a lot of free applications to download if you are new to meditation.
•Smile and laugh! It’s free.
•Go outdoors! Spend time with nature and take time to appreciate the simple things you have around you.
- Drink water. Lots of it!
All mentioned will help us strengthen our health and wellness. I have not been able to do all of them all too. At times, I get low vibrations and just do not feel like going through the day.
Wrapping Up
So together, let’s be healthy and enjoy life by VIBRATING HIGHER.
Always remind yourselves to always vibrate higher so that the lower frequency does not weaken your immune system.
We have the power to choose our vibes.
Tomorrow when you wake up, ask yourself, “Would I like to spread good vibes today?”, “Would I want to annoy someone today and make his/her day bad?”, “Will this be a good day or another miserable one?” Only YOU can answer it.
Apparently, choosing our own vibration plays a major role to live a happy and healthy life.
