You’re not alone.

We all have been there and some of us are still struggling to breathe above the waters of our emotions.

Life has its ups and downs and maybe that is exactly what gives life its meaning.

What to do with Emotional Pain?

Deal with it by doing your best.

Not your best when you are happy but your best when you’re at your worst.

There are different types of giving “your best”, your best CHANGES with your Mood, Emotions and Environment.

Life may or may not be how you want it to be, but know that you’re exactly where you need to be.

You can choose to feel better rather than choosing to give your attention and energy to your pain.

We all go through tough times emotionally but our resilience is determined only by how fast we manage to change our energy from low vibrational sadness to high vibration of goodness.

You cannot ignore or bury it, you can accept what has been done and focus on making your present peaceful by practicing self-love and self-care.

Make Peace With The Pain

Let it exist in past, but you do not need to — visit it or revisit those emotions in your mind again.

It is not healthy for your peace of mind to repeat what has already been done.

You can only choose to drive your focus into the present and a loving healthy future.

Make a choice.

Choose good thoughts.

Choose to feel good because there is nothing to achieve by feeling negative.

Make the right choice by doing your best for yourself. Practice self-love and self-care.

Thank you for reading! Lots of love! Namaste!
