WRITING PROMPT 5
Let’s See Your Audacious or Minimal Listicles of Gratitude: Don’t Be Shy
Feel Free to Share Daily Gratitude Lists

Side Note: I hope to provide you with writing prompts every week, but if one week doesn’t strike you, feel free to go to the Writing Prompts tab on Refresh the Soul to respond to any of the prompts in the past.
This week, what gratitude lists have you created? Are they all in your head? Write them down! Let’s see those lists!
Can you tell I’m excited? I love gratitude lists. Primarily because I grew up in a house that was all about getting the work done and not enjoying the moments in between.
Make it as long or as short as you like. Make it hieroglyphics if you like. Write a short post of 150 words or less every day to share what you’re grateful for each day of this week if you like. Be vulnerable. Be honest. Be kind to yourself and others. Be grateful for what is sitting in front of you right this moment and write about that!
If your days are difficult, and you are in a season of challenge, what small things can you be grateful for? I see you. I’ve been there. A discipline of gratitude helped me get through a dark time, and I don’t know what I would have been like had I not been consistent to gratitude.

This week, I hope to learn from you, the writers of Refresh the Soul, who I am incredibly grateful for:
James Beaufait Kris Bedenian Charisse Tyson Chris Blackman Francesco Carrubba Li Shen Juana Flor June Kirri Mercedes O'Leary Mira Khatib Obinna Uruakpa Susan DuMond Sarah Marie Trista Signe Ainsworth Vidya Sury, Collecting Smiles Wire Editor Newman Sam Ochstein Jules Starley Gem Blackthorn Martin L Shuck Jessica White Pauline Evanosky Michael Holford pockett dessert Drashti Shroff Emily Forman Nilesh Dilip Bane Joe Merkle Kristie Leong M.D. Robin Oakman Lucia Landini Gary L Ellis Alexandria Cooper Bill Holmes Toya Qualls-Barnette Kathryn Eriksen

May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may you be held in the palm of God’s Hand.
May your soul be refreshed.
