TEACH ONLY LOVE
Let’s Be Kind
Kindness begets kindness. Unkindness begets unkindness. Let light set free the innate kindness in the hearts of the unkind.

We are born, I strongly believe, with the spirit of kindness. It is inherent, woven into the very fabric of our soul.
In its bud state, an ethereal light glows within. It waits to be fed, seeking nourishment so it can bloom into radiant fluorescence.
But the spirit of kindness, intrinsic though it may be, can be subverted. Poorly fed and badly nourished, the glowing light weakens within the bud.
The bud is not at all stunted. It grows, but its glow dims from within.
This weakening spirit, over time of inept nurturing, gets fenced in by nettled petals tinged with grey, turning greyer to charcoal — until a sheath of total darkness obscures the spirit of kindness.
But this goodness in the heart, I strongly believe, can glow again.
Though corrupted by the unkindness of others which, in turn, dwarfed this spirit, the innate kindness in the heart can be roused from its dark hibernation.
Acts of kindness, no matter how meagre they seem, can coax the light within.
The light, even if buried and forgotten for so long, can burn again.
It takes the kindness of others to awaken the suppressed goodness in the heart of another.
Let’s then help bring the light to this spirit that had become hard and unkind owing to the unkindness of others.
See how the previously thwarted flower of goodness bloom and spread its fragrance; behold how the light of kindness burns brightly with joy.
Let’s tap what is always within us — kindness.
