Let’s!

a free verse poem on life

let’s, let’s roam crazy, let’s, let’s go to a place, beyond the maps, let’s, let’s walk barefoot, on the grass, along the meandering path, trod to a destination unknown.

let’s, let’s meet us, along the way, we can’t be separated, an invisible string binds us, together. let’s, let’s rest under an old banyan tree, the leaves humming a song, the winds caressing our skin, let’s get tipsy, in the intoxication, called life!

Thanks a lot, Dr. Mehmet Yildiz, and all the editors at Illumination for sheltering a lot of my poems.
