Let Peace rule in your heart
Positivity vs. Negativity

Today I was reminded that if something doesn’t bring you peace then it’s ok to “cast it out” …
Jesus paid for this “one life” that I have.
His peace is something worth hanging onto each day.
My suggestion to myself is this:
Don’t let anyone try (or succeed) to steal your peace.
I am finished with the upset and the turmoil that some “connections” can bring.
Because it seems that what I surround myself with the most soon becomes a “part” of me.
So, my new goal and prayer each day is to keep the “conflict” out of my life. To keep it out my thoughts, my words, my attitudes, my relationships.
Will I succeed? Only with His help
I realized just recently that there are some connections that I had that were truthfully worth tossing.
The Negative must go.
And so, asking Him to decipher which ones to toss is now my prayer each day.
Lately it’s becoming clearer to me how to do this. (It’s “only” taken me 67 years to figure it out.)
My new thinking says:
If it doesn’t bring you peace, then let it go.
Colossians 3:15:
“Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which, also you are called in one body; and be thankful.”
John 14:27
“Peace I leave with you, My peace, I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
Join me today in tossing out the upset and turmoil in your life and start to seek His peace each day.
