Lens Connection
A Photo-Plot
I sat near the window early this morning Full Moon was bright Rain hitting the window Sitting contently reading about energy Seemed fitting to take a shot

I read about Bob and Rasheed’s simple joys and the meaning people find in photos
Pictures of beautiful blooms..blooming where they're planted Made me remember this coconut growing Barely even in the sand The seed providing all the nutrition the plant needed to unfold Contained within itself To birth a new form

A sunflower unfolding Watching over days Until it shone bright The complexity of the pattern of seeds in the centre…simply WOW!

My kids playing in a box A box once for a package becomes a toy Entertainment for hours Drawing on Playing in and on

Reading Michele’s walk of wisdom
I thought of Walking hand in hand Unknowing to them I am behind Capturing moments for smiling on at a later time (not in a creepy way.. in a nawww motherly kind of way!)

The sky never ceasing to give me reason to take a photo or stop a moment to stare and admire

If you thought that was excessive…I won’t get started on the ocean then …much

Or waterfalls

Or the wildlife big and small

There is always something to admire. Anywhere or nowhere. In everything and nothing.
Watching in the moment or via a camera lens.
Either way, I can’t help but smile.
Thanks Rasheed Hooda, Bob Jasper and Michele Thill for the nudge to post a piece in pictures of the seemingly simple things in life…the moments that mean the most.
If you feel the urge to share the fun, can you please remember to guide my eyes with a tag to catch the ripples.
Thanks for reading
Thanks for being you
