Who doesn’t want soft and glowing skin? This can be natural, really! If just kick out our bad habits. You don’t need to do much. A little care is required. - Stop wasting your sleeping time for chatting and doing other unimportant things I am not going to blame you for anything. You better realize by yourself. What is your sleeping pattern? How many hours do you sleep? How about your beauty sleep? Do not answer me. You better answer yourself and know how your are damaging your beautiful skin. Stop blaming your skin that it is not a good type. Be natural and sleep enough. Stop wasting your sleeping time watching TVs and all. When you don’t sleep enough, You may surely have dark circles under eyes. Your skin is tired too and needs enough rest. Check the reality after you wake up having enough sleep. Adore yourself in the morning, your skin will be ruddy, as pink as a morning rose. Sleep well! Beauty is important to let your skin smile, rejuvenate long-lasting.
- Stop eating anything unhealthy, oily and spicy Everyone of us love eating tasty and spicy. But before your continue satisfying your taste buds eating unhealthy and junk, know that this act is very harmful to your soft and natural skin. Eating spicy and oily damages your skin and causes acne issues. If you have acidity issues, your stomach may have indigestion issue. It leads to poor sleep. Consuming too much salt makes your skin dry and dull. It steals the natural moisture nd shine from your skin. Consumption of too much sugar increases the blood sugar level and makes your body inflammatory.
- Stop stressing out too much We are human beings. And it’s natural to be worried and stressed sometimes. But taking too much stress deteriorates your health situation. It makes you good for noting. Being wise and strong to tackle any situation is the best way to win and get rid of any unpleasant situation. I understand that it’s not easy to be calm in any hard time. But you should do your best. Relax your mind through walking barefoot in the green grasses of your garden, perform yoga, meditate, exercise, inspirational reading and spirituality. Stay calm and relax as much as you can. Have mercy upon yourself. Because at the end of that cyclone there will be a peaceful happiness and joy surely. Remember that as much as you stay calm, peaceful, smiling and happy, so does your skin will be.
- Stop forgetting to drink enough water Drink a glass of water and feel within. I am sure you can feel that it it refreshing you. Makin you calm and peaceful. Staying hydrated not only hydrates your skin, but it also hydrates your skin to boost a proper blood flow in your skin. It reduces the dullness in your skin and brigs a glowing moisture to your skin. This process of staying hydrated prevents your skin ageing. The other side when you drink less water, it tends to appear fine ageing lines and crowfeet around your eyes. That is actually steals your beauty and makes you look old. Rejuvenate your skin drinking plenty of water and make this a habit.
- Stop being lazy to follow your skincare routine I hope you are aware of skincare routine. If not, don’t worry. I have an article on that too. Know the best skincare routine for your skin before it’s too late. I realize how important is that. A skincare routine is as important as you need a great personality to shine for the whole life. Feed it healthy as you feed your body to remain healthy. Facial it to bod the proper blood flow to exfoliate as you do to make your body fit. Moisturize it to conceal it from the direct sun exposure as you cover your body to remain safe from the cold. Wash it as you take a bath to get rid of sweating, pollution and dirt. Follow the skincare routine regularly and make a habit like a daily routine.
- Stop applying anything on your skin lured by the attractive advertisement Don’t follow the queue. Know your skin what suits it. Everything doesn’t suit everyone. You know better what suits to your skin. It is sensitive, soft and can be allergy prone. Therefore, stop choosing your skincare products seeing attractive advertisement. Be wise and know what your skin need. There are different types of skin, oily, dry and sensitive. Furthermore , they are changed according to season. You too have to choose those products accordingly. Check what they contain, expiry dates, brands and the authenticity. After all these, you still have to check if they are suitable to your skin. Please don’t hurt your skin bein lazy to research more about it. Be wise to choose right products for your skin according to season.
Why is your skin so much important and deserve the best care?
Your skin is not just a part of your body, it makes you look normal, gorgeous and adorable. It enhances the beauty of your personality, the skin tone doesn’t matter at all. You should have a happy and smiling skin. That is more than enough.
There are many important points about your skin health that I would like bring to your notice.
- When you don’t sleep enough, your skin age more and looks older than your real age. Winkles and ageing lines more likely to appear that completely steals the gorgeousness of your adorable personality.
- When you drink less water than required, your body and skin become the prey of dehydration. drinking enough water boosts the pro[er blood circulation that is actually needed to remove the dead skin cells and remain fresh and glowing.
- When you use any soap to wash your skin, it becomes dry, dull and rough. The chemicals used in the soaps can be harsh to your skin.
- When you avoid your skincare routine, your skin loses its elasticity and soon ageing lines start appearing. The dark sports and the tannings make your skin dull, dry and unhealthy.
- When you stress out whole day and night, that seriously affects your skin. The stress can be skin on your face easily. You can try this seeing yourself into the mirror when you are worries.
- When you choose wrong product for your skin, it hurts your skin badly. You may find it hard then to repair your damaged skin. It makes you look dull and sick.
- When you choose products good for oily skin but your skin is already dry. Furthermore, when you choose products good for dry skin since your skin is oily. When you choose products recommended by your friends but they don’t suit your skin. Your skin gets damaged. It takes lot of time to get it repaired. You may need a skin specialist, a dermatologist. All your beauty will be ruined if you do all these. Since you know how important is the healthy skin for your simple and natural look. Better you let it be natural, don’t use too much chemical products.
Conclusion Before writing this article, I have researched and found these common mistakes done by the people more often in our regular life. Your skin can’t be concealed. It remains open to make you looks beautiful. Using various products repeatedly, ignoring your skin health and not providing it what it requires for its better health is nothing but a foolishness. Rejuvenate it every day to remain young for a long time. It doesn’t take much time if taken care on a regular bases. But yes, if you avoid it being lazy, it causes a severe and long-lasting damage to your skin. Be kind and benevolent t your skin.
