WRITERS LIFE
Lazy day failed to keep me away from writing
As an habitual writer, I am always tried to write daily. I confess that sometimes, I don’t get an idea of writing, and sometimes get lazy, but the constant urge of writing daily failed to keep me away from writing. To overcome my first issue, I find out the solutions as given in the following story, “What to do when you don’t get any idea to write”, and laziness also gave me important lessons.
After that, I always keep my spirits high and try to write whatever comes into mind without concerning the views, and earnings. The purpose of writing daily on medium is to remind myself about the creative abilities as well as improving my written expression. In spite of the constant urge of writing, I get lazy today. I did a little bit of work and have off from the job responsibilities. Early in the morning, I decided to take rest, but over the day I felt laziness. I think to stay away from the writing, but the lazy day failed to keep me away from writing, and I am writing now. It is just a recreational piece for me.
For many people, the mere idea of writing on a lazy day might seem absurd. After all, isn’t the point of a lazy day to relax, unwind, and take it easy? However, for some of us, writing is not just a profession or a hobby, it’s a means of expression and a way of letting go of our innermost thoughts and emotions. So, even on a lazy day where the couch seems all too inviting, the call of pen and paper can be too strong to resist.
The beauty of writing is that it’s an activity that can be done anywhere, anytime, and even on a lazy day where physical exertion is the last thing on your mind. Writing can be therapeutic, allowing you to pour out your feelings, frustrations, and thoughts onto paper, freeing your mind and opening channels of creativity that were previously blocked. It has many benefits, as linked below:
When we are in a lazy mood, it is often easy to forget that it’s the little things we do that make us feel most productive. Writing ticks that checkbox. Whether it’s a poem, a story, or even an article about not doing anything, writing engages and challenges our minds, keeping us sharp even on our laziest days.
So even if you wake up thinking that you just want to stay in bed all day, remember that writing can be therapeutic and uplifting. The fact that you are able to overcome your laziness and put your energies toward something productive can make you feel accomplished and boost your confidence.
In conclusion, don’t be afraid to pick up your pen and paper, even on your laziest of days. Writing can be a powerful tool that can help boost your morale, creativity, and productivity. It may sound cliché, but the words you write can be the ones that inspire others and leave a lasting impact. If nothing else, at least writing gives you an excuse to stay in bed and be lazy while still accomplishing something on your to-do list. All these thoughts came into my mind and a lazy day failed to keep me away from writing.
