Lasagna With Minced Beef and Cheese the Italian Lasagna With All Its Secrets

“The After Blog”, is one of my inventions. The idea is to write a blog in the morning before eating, and then prepare and eat a delicious meal, or watch a video, to share with all of you in my after blog, during the afternoon, or after my first blog in the morning.
So let’s start:
📋 Ingredients:
. Vegetable oil (5 tablespoons) . Onion, chopped (2 large pieces) . Ground beef (700 gr) . Salt (1 and a half teaspoon) . Red pepper (1 teaspoon) . Sweet paprika (1 teaspoon) . Mixed spices (1 teaspoon) . Black pepper (half a teaspoon) . Cinnamon (half a teaspoon) . 4 tomatoes, finely chopped . Tomato sauce (2 tbsp.) . Water (half a cup)
We prepare the bechamel sauce
. Butter (2 tablespoons) . Vegetable oil (3 tablespoons) . Flour (4 tablespoons) . Milk (1 liter, 4 cups follows 250 ml) . Maggi powder (1 teaspoon) . Pinch of nutmeg . Salt (half a teaspoon) . Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon) . Plenty of mozzarella cheese
