I had leftover choco roll cake, banana milk, and coffee for breakfast 🤭
No pictures for that though.
For lunch, I’m making kimchi fried rice with ham.

Having it with seaweed 😬
I made only half a serving but it was too little 🤐
So decided to have an after-lunch dessert — honey hotteok.

I got it 50% off but it’s nearing the expiry date so I’m going to freeze it for the next 2 days or so.

Warming it up on the pan because I like the outsides crispy.

I thought the honey was going to flow out but it didn’t 🍯
My expectations were so high but somehow this product doesn’t meet them.
I’ll give it a 6 / 10.

Passing by a mart near our place while talking about making watermelon hwachae.
So I went in to check out prices.
Guess what?!

A mini watermelon at 1,000 KRW.
It’s not in the best condition but for 1,000 KRW?
Who would pass up the opportunity?
Not me, for sure 🤗
Got it and headed home straight to put this into the fridge before we left for our walk.

And as the monsoon season seems to be over, the sun is out again.
Heat advisories are out so we’ve got to be careful.

Hehe, I’ve missed little doggos on their walks.

It’s the little things that matter.

It’s been a while, thanks to the rain… 🌧️
But I’m not going to lie, it was so hot my makeup melted 🫢

I’ve got a love-hate relationship with summer.
But then again, I don’t really fancy winter too.

And making watermelon hwachae after dinner.

- Canned fruits (pineapple + coconut)
- Milkis (soda)
And ice cubes of course!
A must-have in summer to fight the heat 🥺
