[korea blog] baked eggs & banana milk | ramen | choco roll cake | avocado beef bulgogi bibimbap | taro milk tea | special event

The weather was insane today.

More on that later!

My day started with some baked eggs and banana milk.

It’s not the ever-famous banana milk that foreigners go for whenever they touch down at the airport 😅

But this brand is equally good!

And it’s cheaper than the rest.

These are extra mini eggs 🥚

They are not as small as quail eggs but smaller than the regular ones.

I realized that I haven’t had my fill this trip so I got them yesterday at an unmanned snack store 🙂

For lunch, I had a 1,000 KRW ramen.

There’s an ongoing event:

Told the boyfriend to give it a shot but as usual, that lazy bum thinks it’s a hassle to sign up for stuff.

So, no go 🥲

Maybe I was hungry but this was so good.

And you will never go wrong with MSG 🍜

For dessert, I had my choco roll cake.

It’s pretty good!

Had some leftovers for breakfast tomorrow 😅

We had a special event today but I’m still contemplating whether to share it via this post.

Hmm, we shall see 😉

Out for our walk and spotted the little kitties 🐈‍⬛

They were a little shy today 🥸

The weather suddenly cleared up… just look at the sky!

The boyfriend’s catching soccer live in the evening and wanted to do a quick mart run to get beer 🍺

We’re at Hansot today to get dinner.

This brand’s famous for affordable meals so university students or adults on a budget love this place.

But…

I’ll share more in a bit 😅

Making our order at the kiosk.

It was empty while we were there.

Waiting for food to be prepped.

On our way back, the boyfriend got me taro milk tea because I was craving it :’)

I’m having it as a dessert after dinner 🍽️

The skies were so pretty 😍

And seeing the other kitty on our way back.

One last look at this lovely creation before we head in.

This is my healthy bowl — avocado beef bulgogi bibimbap.

It’s a new menu apparently, but a little pricey for the quantity (6,500 KRW).

It’s yummy though!

The boyfriend got a dosirak and an add-on bulgogi.

He was very disappointed with the taste and quantity ☹️

And that concluded our day.

We’re expecting sunny weather (finally) in the next few days so I should be able to take my daily walks.

Will take pictures then.

See you in the next post! 😇
