The Moment

words of a feather, they hit me like leather do you ever estimate the cost of what comes my way of how you choose to walk away there is but a difference between us, a time perhaps shunned away, when I sought help you ran away, of how cruel does life become when the hopes you bear, breakaway

Is there a way, do I suppose to make the feeling of suffering scorn, disappear it shall, for I will not give in to the temptation of despair, and the fate that awaits it hurts, I know — I have been awake, to feel the same way I count the hours, it turns to days, as I wait for one, two or three

Reflection

The first half is perhaps a pointer to the people I play an exceptional role in their lives but during my pain. I don’t have them by my side, It is shown to express a few of those feelings as well.

The following moment was written to display my ongoing struggle of experiencing stress headaches that last for days without medications. It is like a tingling sensation that starts from the back of the head and then reaches my temples. A week or two back I did weight training, but I overdid it and after that, the headaches haven’t been the only thing that has been bothering me.

I have recently started to experience tingling sensations in my arms, hands as well as both of my legs. I have to go to a physiotherapist to check whats the cause. Although, my sister is one as well. She did a diagnosis and told me that its carpal tunnel and have to do a proper diagnostic test to know whether I suffer from it or not.

Though I am able to handle them without medications, it is when they reach towards the eyes that make it really hard for me to control is the moment I need medications to control them. The following excerpt is a discussion of the self with the mind, that I use as reactive therapy to distract myself from the sensations. Usually, it does the trick and lowers the stress and vice-versa.

So I keep count whenever I win without taking the medications.
