Just Wondering
What it takes to feel an immense feeling
With a paper in my hand, and a pen in my mouth, I wonder… what should I write about? I scribbled, and then I tore, didn’t know what to write, I was wondering… why am I lonesome tonight? My words were not mine, didn’t flow with the ink, and I wondered… where is the heart’s link? Fingers ran through my hair, at a loss of words I was, as I wondered… what could’ve been the cause? I sat thinking and remembering all the past bygone things, then I wondered… who pulled my heart’s strings? My heart just wasn’t aware, what was going on within, but I wondered… could it simply be Love setting in? So with the pen in hand, and the paper in the bin, I stopped wondering… as now, I knew where to begin!
Today being one lazy day, I wasn't in the frame of mind to do anything. But as the sun was setting, and I looked out at the gloomy weather post-rain, I thought to myself… “Is it going to be a day when I don't write; Can it be possible that my day ends without me penning even a few lines?” Just then I sat at my desk and tried and tried and tried, scribbled, and tore again and again until I got the result, that’s above!
