ACROSTIC POEM | HEALTH | WELLNESS | NUTRITION
Just A Tad Of A Green Thing-Yet It Stings!
Shht... I do love to eat the red bell ones-they’re crunchily sweet, more delicious, and nutritious.

Colors vary once ripe; red, yellow, black, purple, orangy, white, A native of America’s Central and Northern part, also of Mexico lot, Paprika is its common name, other than cayenne, Sliced narrowly for pizza toppings, oh what a blessing! Improves digestion, is less sweet, spicy, more bitter when green, Controls cholesterol, constipation, colds, blood clots plus flush, Unwash with warm but cold, behold it will soon grow old, Measure its spiciness using Scoville Heat Units;
Antioxidant lycopene keeper, anti-cancer, arthritis hunter, Nutrients like carotenoid, vitamins A, C, E, numerous more; Never, damn touch your eyes when handling it, therefore, Use gloves for keeps, useful in cooking, powder, sauce or seasoning, Understand fully dear, the smaller the pepper, the hotter than ever, Mark in mind, milk or yogurt in hand, its torrid spice outmanned.
You may check out my other acrostic poetry, too, on health and wellness.
Stay well and healthful always. Thank you so much for reading.
