Junk Your Stress to Regain Control and Feel Well Again.
What is the most deadly of all illnesses in the world?
Neither of us lives in an empty abyss; hence, no absolute answer exists to this question. Everyday experience shapes our world and our thoughts. Depending on what you have come up against in your life, you may say it is cancer, diabetes, or Alzheimer’s disease.
However;
Get beyond your skin and observe the view, examining difficulties that people experience daily. Look into your boss’s house to find out how disrespectful his kids are, at your own boys to learn what problems they have, or at your wife to understand why she does not want to talk to you. The ability to do so would be overwhelming — yes, but also eye-opening. Everybody has crushing secrets or grudges, meant to stay sealed because of fears to lose. So, better to keep silent, what we do, boiling up from the inside.
But, like a kettle has a whistle, throughout which steam passes by, people eject anger when reaching the last straw.
Then, for a bit, you feel great, but right after, everything steadily piles up again, destroying you. Stress does not kill in a moment, but piece after piece takes away a person’s life.
Monks and nuns tend to span their lifetime to the extreme. Many live for about 100 years. Maybe “tend” is more like “manage” since they do not need to strive for this. It comes out from having a stress-free life — no silent killer stabs them in the backs. No tax, no fights, just a straightforward life. Life in peace, with surroundings and with yourself.
Defeat your stress if you want to stay alive for longer. Make use of psychologist services is not any shame. People should realize about its perks from which most importantly is to kill stress before it kills you.
(Getting to a wilderness to scream as loud as can works as well.)
What about the efficiency of your actions?
Human body, at least its physical part, has biological and chemical nature. We operate because of these processes continually going on in our bodies. All with the brain on top creates the nervous system that exchanges information among the parts by sending action potentials to the correct places; they are like cars traveling throughout the road network.
How stress affects it?
A lot. Stress is like an invisible enemy who throws meteors at your car to stop you, like a traffic jam that slows you, like a road accident that kills you, all in one.
At school, work, or any other place, if you want to keep your mind at 100%, you need to find a way to keep stress on a leash.
